i have a 95 chevy s-10 blazer. i have a alpine 9855 hu, an mtx ta7804 with 4g power, ground powering txc6.1 frnt and tx6001 rear. an mtx ta81001 with 2g audiobahn (look more like 3g if anything) power, ground, powering an 12" at 2 ohms 9500. i upgraded with the 2g audiobahn wire the alt to batt, batt to ground and chassis to alt.and bought a 200amp dual rectifier alt from alternatorparts.com the batt came with the car with a 800cca rating that looks and works ok. why do i still get light dimming? i just upg the alt 1wk ago, though it would fix it but i was wrong, could i have damaged the light circuit, should i run a new power to the car ign. is the alt not what it says, can i make and add some sort of power cap and filter to light power so it doesnt dim. also when theres some really heavy bass music my voltage drops to the point were my engine bogs down. and wont continue till i lower the stereo.

Read the what is a proper ground sticky. This is a big amp, a small amount of resistance at minimal load = a huge resistance at a big load.
Top Secret, I can tell you but then my wife will kill me.
