Hi,

I want to build a new box for my 2   12W0, I went to the JL Audio homepage and it said that the box should have a net internal volume of 1.5F^3, the box I'm planning on building would only have a volume of rougly 1.3f^3.

My question is, if it really is important that the volume is 1.5 ???

thanks

I assume your talking about a sealed enclosure. If so you will not have any kind of problem using 1.3 cu/ft over 1.5 cu/ft. Also as far as sound goes you will not be able to hear any difference between the two volumes.
