Where do you want to flush it? I think he means an instrument guage like a tach or boost guage.

Where are you looking to flush it? into the factory gauge pod? In a custom pod? The best I can tell you without further info would be to make one ring from 1/2" MDF with the inside diameter of the gauge face, and an outside diameter about 3/4" wider. Make another ring with the same outside diameter, and the inside the mounting diameter of the gauge. glue or staple the two together, and you've got a flush mounting ring that you can use for almost any installation.
