i just need opinions. ok im gonna be making my own fiberglass enclosure fit to handle 4 rockford fosgate power t2's. I was doing the math and each sub can do 800rms constant. Thats about 3200w constantly needed. Should i put 2 RF power T20001bd amps that push about 2000w+ each or one RF T40001bd amp that does about 4000w+? any one who knows car audio knows rockford subs are always power hungry. each sub is capable of 1600w max.

...do you have a charging system that can supply an amp that large??? I would start there before you worry about high current amps if you haven't already...

First you need a very very high output alternator, secondly, with that kind of power your fiberglass box better be thick, very thick!, and thirdly I would go for the 4000 watt amp and take it easy on the amplifiers gain.

I would like to know how good those T2's compare to the T1's and the P3's as far as being are they worth the extra $100 or so more per sub if anyones reading this post and has heard all 3 sets

the T2's are stronger and can handle more power. the rubber on the ring is thicker than the T1 and the P3 doesnt even compare to the power series. i think the T1 can do the same as like 2 or 3 P3's. i already have a very high output alternator. and i got really bored so i bought the newest capacitor from Rockford. the 10farad cap.

Are you sure you can fit 6 subs in your vehicle while giving each and every sub the required air space?
