Does any know how difficult it is to put an alarm on a motorcycle.. What is the goin rate to install one and also if anyone has paperwork or tips all is appreciated..thanks....

They are pretty easy provided there is enough room for the module, Basic 12V and Ground to battery, youll have to test the wires for the turn signals, Merc Switch/Tilt Sensor, and an Ignition lead right off of the cylinder, Ive done a few lately and they really arent that bad, I just tell customers about 2-3 hours labor for basic system and the Merlin Motorcycle Alarm from DEI...

just like lsondubz said...just test the leads and place the alarm modual in a safe area...ive put a codealarm  remote start in 2 bikes already and it worked well..even when the bikes start up by them selves...the bikes i did was a 2002 gsxr 600 and a 07 850 bulivard both are from suzuki

i normally charge about 125 to 150 for cars but just wondering if the price is about the same for a motorcycle.
