Put an Ultrastart 1270 in a 04 rendezvous with the crimestopper(ifar) INT-SL module. I could not get the module to program. Tried another one and the same thing happened. I hold the button, plug in the first plug for power, then the second plug making sure it is right side up, then turn the ignition on and wait for it to flash, but it never does. Now using the old GM-SL was a snap... Any ideas why this will not program?

You have to HOLD THE PROGRAMMING button down while turning the ignition on. After the LED flashes then release the programming button and start the vehicle.
