putting a valet 561r remote start in a 2005  Chrysler 300 using directed elec. xk532 upgradeable door look interface and bypass that has 1lock input and 1unlock input and also 1 starter/accessory output wire. If I am using this do I still have to use resistors and relays? And where do I find  resistors? Also what is the ground while running that the xk532 says to hook to the remote system? My  561r only has one ground wire that hooks to ground.

No you don't need resistors and relays - the data output and the mux output from the XK532 take care of that.

Ground when running(BypassKit) = status output(Valet).
