Based on information I have found for the Ford Fusion 2006 - 4cyl, the Factory Alarm Disarm is a PURPLE / brown wire landing at pin 5 / connector C at the SJB under the dash, driver kick.

How do I identify the different connectors ?

Which one is A ? ; Which one is B ? ; Which one is C ? ; and so on.

Actually you don't need to disarm for remote start. When the ign. is triggered it will disarm!

But, if you want to, the plug is blue.
