I've installed a Compustar CM3300 alarm only system 1WAM-A, everything works except for the illuminated entry light when unlock. Added a relay still not working and no sound from relay clicking, the relay connections are 86 to 12v.+, 85 to alarm trigger (-), 87 to domelight (-), 30 to grd.
I think the module is faulty or do I have program this to make it work?
Thanks in advance

you will have to program the output. to make sure its not a relay problem, take the 85 and touch it to ground. that should make the relay click.

Yes it works when I touch the connection 85 to ground, the relay clicks and dome light comes on. I bought the alarm from A&B sound I'll go there and ask them.

Well I went to AB sound about this problem and no help from them, they say they never connect this up. Contacted Staub Electronics and they bench tested the module and found the domelight output is defective. This domelight output does not need programing, it defaults to ON. Now everything works like it should.
