I have a compustar 1w900fm s with the 4200 brain. I've been having some problems trying to get the clutch bypass to work. If I disconnect the clutch switch and just connect the two wires together it will start but I can't make it work with the clutch switch intact. I need to use a relay, right?
85 - constant 12v
30 - one clutch wire
87 - other clutch wire
86 - ?
Should I be using the (-)2nd starter output or the ground when running output? Or is there a different way to do this?
Thanks, Jon

The dark blue / YELLOW at the clutch switch, it needs the output from your remote starter INSTEAD of connecting it at the ign. harness.

No relay is needed. just connect your remote starter "start" wire directly to the clutch switch.

Thanks! The remote starter works and you still have to push the clutch in to start it with the key.
