Ok i put in viper 5900 and 556u imoblelizer bypass. But it don't send a singnal. I wanted to know the if i hook it up right. I have the red,blue and black wires hooked up. I'm also not so sure on where to mount the ring.

If you don't mount the ring it isn't going to work. The ring goes around the ignition switch just under the shroud. The wiring is simple, red to 12volts, black to ground, and blue to the blue statis wire on your 5900....
