Check the button on rear of the transmitter you need to change it to car 1 i think its on car 5 check yr owner manual and see how to change this parameter.I think this might be yr problem ....

Open door. Turn ignition ON. Press valet button 12 times. Press a 13th time and HOLD it. Wait until siren chirps 12 times. Press lock on the remote. Release valet button and turn ignition OFF. All your remotes should NOT work at this point.
Turn ignition ON. Press valet button 1 time. Press a 2nd time and HOLD it. Siren will chirp 1 time. Press lock on the remote. If you have multiple remotes, press lock on all remotes...1 remote at a time. Release valet button turn ignition OFF.

Open the door with the key, the alarm will go off. Turn the ignition ON, press the valet button 1 time....wait....alarm shuts off. Turn Ignition OFF...alarm is disarmed. Wait at least 15 seconds, then do what I listed above.
