I have an dei 516u voice add on need help its not working?
red connected to alarm red wire 12vt remove the 5 amp fuse
yellow connected to yellow alarm system wire ignition
brown connected to brown alarm system wire siren input
2 gray connected to speaker
green connected to first stage of shock sensor
orange not connected ( i have an orange wire from alarm but its not connected to the car) ground when armed output (-)
yesterday i just connected to orange alarm system wire still no sound from speaker? the man thats installed my alarm didnt use orange wire?
what wire in the car do i need to find for my Orange alarm system ground when armed?

what kind of alarm do u have, if it's a dei system, use you ground when armed wire (orange) , if it's already activating a starter kill relay, cut the orange wire and connect two 1 amp diodes, the two cathodes to the orange wire and the other two sides connect to the starter relay and the voice module respectively.  P.S ur green wire to the shock sensor isn't necessary if it's a dei system.

Brown should be siren output, from alarm is this a clue? OK TT now i'm going to bed.
