viper 5701, how to reset alarm?

Ok i recently installed a Viper 5701 alarm in my car. It was working fine for a little over a month. I forget to hook up the trunk pin wire so i took it all apart and hooked up that wire so the alarm actually goes off if the trunk is opened. Now, when i lock my car my alarm goes off about 30 seconds after locking it, no matter where i am. i silence the alarm and keep it armed and it doesnt go off again. i checked the led and it says that the alarm was triggered by the shock sensor(blinks 2 times, zone 2). although i didnt move or re-wire anything but the trunk wire when i took everything apart. so i took it apart today and checked all the wires and moved the control module to a different spot and put everything back together. it still does it... any suggestions? btw i never hooked up another fuse to the 12V constant wire besides the 15A one thats already there...would that make a difference? just doesnt make any sense to me considering i didnt change anything. any way i can completely reset the alarm all together? -Andrew
