passlock bypass is what you need. there are many to choose from. most popular brands would be Fortin, Bypasskits, idatalink, etc.

Ignition switch harness wires are somewhat of a bitch. If you don't have a tilt column - take the shroud off, unplug the ignition harness, and pull the wires through to make your connections. If you have a tilt column, make the connections to the ignition harness upside down(you'll either break or severely scratch the tilt wheel lever trying to remove it).
Parking lights, brake lights, lock, unlock are all readily accessible in the orange taped harness to the rear on the driver's side. Driver's doorpin, if you feel like doing RAP shutdown or other need, is in a two pin harness going to the pin switch itself.
Wires through the firewall for tach/hoodpin: This is the easiest car in the world. Notice the gigantic 5" wide gray grommet that only has 1" of wires. Poke a hole and go through there, preferably dragging your wires with a coathanger.
Tach: regardless of what engine, look for the ignition module connector towards the driver's side. PURPLE / white wire.

Another tip is that you can get your ignition wires and p. lights at the harness going through the firewall. There is a little piece of loom that comes right off. Thats where I always grab my ignition and p. lights in the sunfire/cavalier. Also I've always like the 555lw by dei. Not sure if they still make that though.
