Hey does anyone have the correct wiring diagram for the 08 VW Jetta? I have the one from an 07 but when I go to test the yellow and red wire under the column, the both show 3.6v with the ignition on, and nothing with the ignition on. The red start wire also does nothing when I try to actually start the vehicle. Any help is much appreciated. Also, this is for just a remote start, no lock or unlock functions needed.

On the new VW Jetta's there is a bunch of wires that exit at the base of the black box with the warning sticker. Also, you will need to use a interface to control OEM alarm and disarm functions. I highly recommend the iDatalink ADS-DL-CA for this. This will take care of all your inputs and outputs required for remote starter, security & keyless all in one. Takes 2 hours off your install time and makes the job alot easier ( less hair pulling ).
