autopage rs 622 lcd won't start?

Hi all,

I installed the Autppage RS 622 remote starter on 05 toyota high lander and it wouldn't remote start when I press the start button on the remote.

When I press the lock and unlock button, I can hear the relay clicking and also see the output from the lock/unlock wire live, but when I press the remote start button, I did hear the relay clicking and no output from the starter wire output.

I just wondering if it this issue has to do anything with the "safey remote start wire", basically this module has a "safety remote start wire output" , this wire supposed to be (-) when the car is parking.  I was lazy tried to find the wire the parking wire so I connected to chassis ground.
