after market trunk popper -- posted image.

This is my autopage rf-220 alarm i have installed. I have just brought a trunk popper, would connecting it to the grey wire work so i can use the trunk button on my remote?

Just looked at the relay page as well, would i need to make a relay to convert the - output to a + output for it to work?

First thought, isn't there a dedicated trunk release output, probably RED / white?  Secondly if your trunk release is low current neg, then no relay needed. If pos, (you must test) you will need a relay.  Release wire to 85, 15amp fused to 87 and 86, output from 30. This should all be in the owners guide or install manual.
