window roll up w/warn away, aux channel

First the nitty gritty. 2004 chevy silverado crew cab. Python 990 with 530t module.              Ok everything is installed and in good working order (minus needed530t mod) ihave the orn when armed hook up to the 530t. Windows roll up when armed but I like options. I would like to have windows roll up when the warn away sensor is triggered, even if its a short roll up. Where would I put the diode? between the green and orn or blue and orn. (Green blue wires from shock sensor)   it would be great to catch the guy or gal trying to grab stuff from my truck. Plus I would like use one of my many aux channels to provide a gnd to roll up the windows also. Would I need a diode for this ? Is shock sensor gnd ma output strong enough? Aux channel roll-up is rather easy. You could get away with just one diode to isolate the aux from the GWA. Warn-away is somewhat more difficult. First, I'm not sure that a shock sensor will its ground output when the alarm isn't armed, which is obviously the only time you'd want it to roll the windows up automatically like this. Second, a would-be thief could easily stop the roll-up by pushing down on the window(the 530T halts as soon as it sees resistance).C Renner's Auto Electronix

ok i've been messing with some diodes on gwa and my spare aux channel output and get no results. hooking up the 530t seperately on aux channel or gwa works just fine. they wont work together. i guess i cant roll up the windows when system is armed.Go BIG or go Home                                    it might not be broke, but lets fix it anyway

Use a relay to interrupt the gwa wire.  It will then roll your windows up.  Use pins 85 86 87a and 30 off the relay and it will work just fine.

my windows will roll up when system is armed about 80 % of the time. if i quickly un arm and then re arm i dont think the gwa breaks long enough for the 530t to recoginze it.Go BIG or go Home                                    it might not be broke, but lets fix it anyway

i'll give this a try, just need to freshen up on my relay diagrams. what gets me are the 530t installation manual states orn wire to be hooked up to gwa and can be hooked up to aux channel for window roll up.   it does not say any diode/ relay confrig might be needed.Go BIG or go Home                                    it might not be broke, but lets fix it anyway

Can you elaborate on this a little? Here is my understanding, please let me know if I'm incorrect. Connect an aux channel on the alarm to a relay that interrupts the orange GWA wire. When the relay is de-activated, the GWA will re-trigger the 530T. Is that correct? What is the need for a diode and how long does the GWA wire need to be off of the 530T before it will activate it again? Thanks

Yes,  by connecting the aux wire to a relay, you can use it to roll the windows up while the system is armed.  It only needs to break the circuit temporairly(sp) for it to work. The only reason you would need to use diodes, would  be if something is already connected the gwa wire.  You would then need two of them to isolate them from each other.
