window module

I have code alarm csi 300 hooking up scytek smart window roll up/down module on the rollup module I have to hook up yellow/white to aux channel on alram which I hooked it to aux neg pulse output then hook yellow wire tro ground when armed which I hooked to orange gwa starter wire , when I hit the aux button to roll window down it only rolls passenger window down 3 inches I hit it again it does the same doesnt roll down drivers window, and if I hit unlock on alram it will roll window up what am I doing wrong sorry for long postwes5314

have you verified you have the window module corrected to the correct wires, check to see if the wires are outputting voltage when the unit is active, also post back with vehicle year,make and model.commit your way to jehovah and he will act in your behalf. psalms 37:5
