I just replaced my viper 500 with a new 350hv. I have a two stage clifford proximity sensor which has quit working. The alarm has a straight across swap like for like wires, except it seems that I have a blue lead going to the prox sensor that is not hooked up.I donot remeber if it has hooked up. I cannot get any lights to come on the prox. I have checked and I do have voltage going to it. I cannot read the model number but it has the remote adjustment box to set inner and outer zones.

The blue wire is the outer zone. The only unit to work on both would be the 508d. Join blue and green on the prox. Wait for 4 secs after powering up before testing, also I believe the black ground wire only grounds when armed. You can easily bench test the unit to see if it's working.

I wiLl try blue to green. Mine used to be active even with it not armed because I remember driving the jeep and seems the lights on the adjuster blinking. I'm thinking the unit is dead. I get no lights but I have tested the power and ground going into it.
