I have installed a remote starter in car and it works perfect. The only problem I have is the Trunk Release. The remote has a Neg. pulse for the trunk. But the wiring info for the car says that the Polarity is REVERSE. How do I wire this neg output to a reverse polarity wire to pop the trunk, or is it possible?

You need to get a SPDT relay. Find your trunk release wire of the vehicle, and cut it. You now have two pieces of wire, one side is the switch side, and the other is the motor side. If you get the trunk release wire down in the kick panel, once you cut it, the half that runs to the back of the car, will be the motor side.
Wire like this.
86 and 87 12volt
85 neg. trunk release wire from alarm
87a switch side of vehicles cut trunk release wire.
30 motor side of vehicles cut trunk release wire.

I have no idea if the wire you need is WHITE/ Blue, but this is a picture of what  Mikvot was describing.

Wasn't the SAME question answered 3 weeks ago? Lets have an FAQ section with the usual culprits, tach sensing by-pass integration, 1076 door pins etc.

Same old, same old. Questions asked 100's of times over years and years. Just easier to ask than to 2009 camry trunk release -- posted image.

If you do a search for "Camry trunk release" you come up with 58 results.  Who has time to go through all of those posts?
