Turn on ignition, driver's door open, push valet button twice?

I did... I tried up to 5 times starting with pushing valet button once... The manual said it could be programed for up to 5 pushes, so I tried all..Still nothing, alarm keeps sounding and the starter is dead.

Try pushing and holding the valet switch.
Also if you don't care about actually using the alarm, just pull the main power fuse to the brain. It should start at that point.

I want to thank everyone for their help, i was able to get the vehicle running by cutting the main power to the unit. I ended up removing the entire alarm system. Again THANK-YOU!
