I got this bypass for my 2000 gmc sonoma. In the instruction it says to hook up the blue wire to (-) While Running. What does this mean?

It mean that there is an output on your remote starter called "Ground out when running", use that wire to trigger your bypass.  What kind of remote starter your installing and also, what is the make of your bypass?
