Have you done any testing yet? To know what kind of polarity is being switched at the suroof and the mirrors!

The old FTO coupe had a wire on the switch where you applied a 1 sec pos pulse, this closed the mirrors. As for the roof I'm with t&t here. Also on that vehicle the windows are powered  (1 touch up-down driver's door) for 1 minute after turning off the ignition, does this also apply to the roof, in that case what you want isn't neccessary.  Also is there a trap in the roof?  i.e. it closes to about 4" then stops?

every mitsubishi i have ever done is a single negative pulse to open the roof if its a one touch open, and a negative threw a pulse timer relay set to about 8-10 seconds to close but the sunroof motor needs to have a constant 12v if your gonna open and close via remote. so a) you can run a 12v wire to the motor and get rid of the ignition supply or b) you can use another aux and turn the ignition on with a relay....i suggest a option a....

DIRECTED ELECTRONICS P/N# 529T will open your sunroof, it controls 1 window in 2 directions, or 2 windows in 1 direction, for more control, use a 530T, as it controls 2 windows in both directions, & it is not that expensive, maybe 30 bucks or so!
