installed a pro9776n with an fl-can module in a 2008 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel every thing works, except when you remote start the vehicle it sets off the factory alarm,any ideas on how to disarm the factory alarm?

I am using an idatalink it is hooked into the PURPLE / brown mux wire that is giving me door locks,door pins,brake signal,data/muxstarter control is supposed to give oem arm and disarm,but factory alarm triggers on remote start any ideas for a factory disarm wire?

Yeah keysense. take apart your key so it's just hte plain casing and metal key and stick it in the ignition not turned. Then lock it wait for it to arm and you'll see the alarm will likely not go off. Therefore you will want to hook up keysense.

keysense wire is the PURPLE / brown it is also the mux wire and it is hooked up I still trigger factory alarm on remote start

did you hook up an 8.5k resistor on it and trigger it with factory disarm or status output? The modules don't ALWAYS do EVERYTHING.

Sorry the module was supposed to give me OEM arm and disarm, Thanks for the resistor value that did the trick everything works fine now Thank You VERY MUCH!
