530t and viper 5901 mustang problem

Hi, Im trying to install the 530t remote window module into my 03 mustang gt with the viper 5901 al/rs. I found got out the meter and tested out all the connections at the back of the switch and hooked them up per the instructions. After I was done, when I hit aux 1 the windows would only go down about 1 inch each time and when i hit aux 2 the same thing would happen except going up. So I checked on here and found the wiring diagram and it looks like I did everyting right for the passanger side but the drivers side I saw something about doing it near the motor because or the 1 touch factory option. I did that and it still doent work right. So I ripped everything out and just hooked up this Driver up WHITE/ black switch side Driver up WHITE/ black plug & motor side and the 12v, ground, and aux 1 and 2 Im still having the issue. Even if I hit the button on the door it wont start moving until I let go of it, then it goes an inch. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
