I am in the process of installing the commando power lock and keyless entry kit. Here is the link: http://www.commandocaralarms.com/itemdetails.asp?Productid=1459 i have no clue how the two modules connect to each other. I have all the actuators mounted and the wires to the doors ran. If anybody has a clue on how the small box connects to the big box, it would be amazingly appreciated! There were no instructions in the box that were worth reading.

Your question is extremely vague. By small box I assume you mean the lock control module and by large box is assume you mean the keyless entry control box.
Post the actuator wire colours and the wires coming out of the two boxes, maybe then we can help you.
