Anybody got good wire info on 2010 ford focus, I can't find a negative trigger wire for lock/unlock only 12v wires for lock/unlock (both show 12volt when lock/unlock button pressed) guess I might have to use relay's but just curious as diagram on this site shows negative door locks for this car. Also pats plug on car does not match with picture in pkall manual and I can't get it to program so does anybody have wire colors for this? going to try a fortin key override all, had much better luck with those...
avistart 4103
pkall bypass (have fortin available though)
2010 ford focus se 2dr coupe
thanks

looking at the bottome of the fuse box, there is the SJB (smart junction box)

towards the right there is a grey 26pin plug

the wires you are looking for are

Lock - blue/green (-) pin 4
Unlock - yellow/purple (-) pin 6

the wires can also be found in the DKP in the loom from the door.

to test for this. DMM red to constant 12v. Black to wire you want to test.  Set dmm to 20vdc, meter will show 0v, and 12v when lock or unlock is dont by turning the key in the door or try the switch on driver door.

Thanks for the quick response, I will look for those wires.
which bypass do you use on these?, the pkall book shows a 4 pin
pats connector which I can't get to work... the omega book shows an
8 pin for 2010 focus, so I am a little confused here
thanks

not big on the xpresskits stuff. more of a fortin/idatalink user.

from my info, the transponder connector you are looking for is 4 pin @ ignition barrel

Pin 1 - ignition
Pin 2 - Ground
Pin 3 - TX
Pin 4 - RX

PKall still will not program, I see in some of the threads here that some guy's say to hook up the gwr wire to r/s other threads say not to hook them up? The light on pkall comes on as soon as I hook up connector 1 and then stays on steady after that, no flashing at all just stay's solid no matter what I do... anymore advice offered would be much appreciated
thanks
