How do i get the door locks to auto lock when i start the car? Do i need to program it to do that? If so does anyone

know how to reprogram it? Right now i can lock and unlock it with the remote. But when i start the car the locks remain unlocked.

thanks for any help

I have the instructions for the RF-310, but I think they are the same.
Turn the ignition on\off three times and stay in the off position
Push the valet switch four time and hold it in on the fourth push, when a long chirp is heard release the switch.
For ignition controlled door locks, push the trunk button once.
Turn the ignition back on or wait 15 seconds to exit the programming mode. Three chirps confirm exit.
Good Luck.
