I just installed a 530t in my '94 Yukon and am having a small problem. I have the 530t coupled with a 5901 so that Aux 1 rolls down the windows and Aux 2 rolls them up. Venting and rolling down the windows works perfectly. However when I go to activate Aux 2 to roll the windows back up the lcd screen shows "Pulsed" like it does with Aux 1 but after that it shows "Off" and the windows don't roll up. However if I activate Aux 2 again it works fine. It does this consistently with the windows only rolling up if I activate Aux 2 twice. Does anybody have any idea why this is happening? Is there a setting on the 5901 that I can change to fix this? Thanks.

Have you set up aux 2 as a 5 secs. timed output?

That did the trick, thank you. I had the output set to validity, I changed it to 30 secs. timed and it's working fine. I don't have access to a bitwriter to change it to 5 secs. but it seems OK with it set to 30 secs.

You don't need a bitwriter, you normally run theses units, 529t/530t off a ground when armed. They shut down and draw no more juice when they've completed their run...IN THEORY! We had some Italian units flattening batteries a few years ago. Anything up to 30 secs. is simply a safety factor.
