Hi All,
New to 12volts and having a bit of trouble with my install and though I'd ask you guys here...
I have installed a Hornet 564T to a Rover Mini all went smooth apart from the Remote Start element. I have found the car has a Lucas 5AS Alarm/Immobiliser and I would like to integrate the Hornet with that. The 564T has a factory alarm disarm wire, however, I have no details of the Lucas 5as and not sure which wire to pulse to disarm.
Any help would be appreciated as this has me stumped at the moment.
Cheers,
Max

2 methods here.
Depending on year, there might be an ignition feed to the immobiliser,if so cut it and join the immobiliser end to the constant feed (either purple or brown primary colour).
Second, is there any sort of remote control involved, i.e. do you have to use a remote to free off the immobiliser or or does it automatically release once the key is inserted.
The year of the vehicle would help.
Third is this an auto or manual.
