Hi all,
I just picked up an 06 chevy equionx and my old truck happened to have an astroflex 1000 and a astroflex gm pass lock I and II bypass that worked great. After much research on this site my question is, will this R/S system work in my vehicle? The different ignition is my only red flag so far.
I used to be an installer but have been out for quite a while. I know this system is old but it did what I wanted it to do so if I could put it in my new truck that woud be great.
Thanks
Tom

well if you used to be an installer then this should be a no brainer for you.....
of course it would work remote start systems are universal. i'm not familiar with that bypass however.

I know that the units are universal. I am not current with vehicle electrical changes. So I want to make sure before I installed it.
