R/S on a 2007 Nissan Maxima. Using XK07 and I have a question about the ' Ignition In ' coming off the bypass. Do I come off the IGN 1 wire for this connection or use another wire ? Thanks !!

The XK07 Orange Ignition wire would be connected to the cars' BLACK/ Red Ignition wire at the ignition switch harness.

You could just connect it to the Remote Starters heavy gauge Ignition output wire that gets connected to that BlackRed Ignition wire at the ignition switch harness.

There appears to be conflicting info on this cars Ignition wire(s).  Bulldog only lists one IGN - Red.  Audiovox lists two ignitions, IGN1 = BLACK/ Red and IGN2 = Red.   DEI says one IGN = BLACK/ Red.   Time for the DMM....

Soldering is fun!
