Top of page, 'vehicle wiring' link will take you to a search page. That search will show you 03 Impala.
Installer, IT support, and FFL. I need less hobbies.

1. All caps is considered yelling. Trying to get help from people and yelling at them is not going to get you much help.
2. You need to tell us what you plan on hooking up and what you don't to know if you need relays. To just hook up the Alarm/RS portion of the system then you need one relay to power the second accessory.

The XK09 with 9.DLPKGM v2.03 firmware is listed for you 2003 Impala.

http://www.xpresskit.com/VehicleCompatibility.aspx?p=-1&year=2003&make=Chevrolet&model=Impala&ps=1&s=0

However, the install guide has this interesting note for the required Type 3 install :

In some vehicles, the DLPKGM may only bypass the Passlock II via data Once programmed, test the
door lock inputs to determine if the DLPKGM will activate these functions via DATA. If there is
no activation, then the door lock system will need to be controlled analog via the remote starter.

I have never used an XK09 in a 2003 Impala, so I can't say if it will work and do everything it

is listed as doing or if that note will apply.  If your installer is a authorized DEI dealer, he
should know what works best. ( They do list the XK09 and the XK01 but not the XK07.)  The XK09
and the XK01 both have the same retail price, while the XK07 is $10 more.

Soldering is fun!
