I have a question about the DEI 530T module wiring.  I am trying to plan out my wiring before I do any hands on work.  My question is about the auxillary channel and the ground when armed channel.  The manual states that these wires need a negative input.  I am wondering if the module needs a constant negative input or a pulsed negative input.  What would happen if the negative input was constant to either of these wires.  Thanks for the help.

The armed wire will start rolling the windows up when it receives a ground, if the ground latches, it will roll them all the way up and then stop.

If you pulse the aux before latching armed, it will leave the windows down.  If armed is latched, and you pulse aux, it will vent the windows, if you latch aux, it will roll the windows down.

So it would be ok to latch Armed, but you would want Aux to just be pulsed (most likely)

ok thanks.  That gives me a better idea what to do.  I might need to find a way to switch a constant negative to a pulsed negative for the 530t.

If you pulse it you will have to hold the button, also wire directly to each pair of motor wires if you want one-touch up and down from every switch.

Yes I definantly want the one touch up and down feature.  I want to trigger the module with a door latch mechanism.  The door latch will latch the negative however and I'm not sure if that will give me the result i'm looking for.  I want the windows to vent when I open the door and arm (or go up) when i close the door.  All while retaining the one-touch feature.

Assuming you have or are installing an alarm follow the instructions exactly
If you do, use the GWA wire as explained above, this will give you close on lock.
After that process is complete, press aux for 15 seconds, this will vent the windows, press again for about 3 seconds to completely open them thus making your vehicle quite insecure.

The manual states that the Dei 530T cannot control a relay because it monitors the noise generated by the window motor.  Can the 530T control a relay if it is monitoring the window motor in this configuration.  I am only looking for one way motor operation in this diagram.

Mods must have combined threads.  Looking for an answer on the above post with diagram not the original topic at the top of page.  Can the 530t drive a relay in this configuration?

This is doable without an alarm depending on your vehicle it would help if you gave us make model and year.
I neither know what you're trying to achieve with that relay or what it is supposed to do. You will need a 528t timer unit along with your 530t.
