Rather easy install. I did one on my work van E150.  Web site below for wiring guide.

H3/2 RED / White, & H3/6 Red  & H3/9 RED / Black to 12 Volts constant,  H3/1 Pink to Ignition 1,  H3/3 Orange to Accessory 1,  H3/7 Pink/White to Accessory 2,  H3/4 to starter side of cut starter wire, H3/5 to starter side of cut starter wire. Or just H3/5 to starter wire, (uncut).

My first guess would be, did you install the 10amp mini fuse that is located under the cover of the brain?  It looks like a door in the middle of the brain, slides up. make sure to check the polarity before inserting.

Press the "F" button twice, the press the unlock button. Blue light on the antenna should stay on solid in valet mode. Press "F" button twice, press the unlock button to take it out of valet mode. Blue light on antenna should go out.
