I have installed the alarm following the guides and wire diagram problem is my door trigger wire according to the diagram is a negative trigger and the viper harness say its the green wire from the H1 harness however my door open dash light glows when doors are shut and gets bright when they are open...any thoughts???

Might add that it's installed in a protege5 I'm pretty sure it's wired right. Any help would be great.

Use a DEI DTI* Mazda converter your door switches are opposite to normal, i.e. ground on shut, go open circuit when the doors are opened.
Or check the programming you might be able to program for it.

Ok I've tried searching for the dei tdi Mazda converter but nothing shows do you by chance know where I can find one?

Did you connect the 5900 green door trigger wire to a BLACK/ blue in the driver kickwell?
Incidentally it's Trial AND Error.
When I see unchecked typos like that I always worry about the install quality.
