The door locks are Type A (+).  Your alarm system must be set to output a positive 12 Volt signal to the

door lock and unlock output.  Some units only output a (-) signal and relays must be used to convert it
to the required (+) 12 volt signal the car needs.  Here is a link to the relay wiring if (-) to (+)
conversion is needed  :  https://www.the12volt.com/doorlocks/page3.asp#3wp

Here is the lock info from Bulldog  :

POWER LOCK          LIGHT BLUE (TYPE A)      IN DRIVERS KICK PANEL
POWER UNLOCK    BLACK (TYPE A)                IN DRIVERS KICK PANEL

Here is the door trigger info :

On the 2-Door vehicle at the DRIVERS door pin switch use the LT.GREEN/ BLACK (-), for
the PASSENGER door use the LIGHT BLUE. Use the same wires for the 4-Door vehicles
but to cover the 2 rear doors you must tie in right at the pin switch at each door and
DIODE ISOLATE all 4 wires when connecting to an ALARM SYSTEM.

A 10 Amp fuse should be OK.  If you don't have the relays already, look for a DEI 451M door lock module.  They can be had for about $10, and have evertything in a small, neat package, including the fuse & holder.  The 451M install guide is available in the Downloads section for your review.

most likely not. You will probably have to either find a local DEI dealer / stereo shop that may have one or you will have to order it online.

Or if you were in the UK you would be two Omron 10amp pcb relays for £2 plus a pair of diodes for 20p = $3.30. I refuse to buy 451s or the DEI 8166 made up relays, too expensive!
The UK trade price is about $10.
