I have a Viper 5701 installed with a DBALL module on my '11 silverado.
Recently my remote will give a fault tone and the Arm and Function LEDs light up about 5 seconds after i arm/lock the system. the doors lock and the lights flash as normal.
Heres the annoying thing: if i unlock/disarm the system within about 5-10minutes after arming, the OEM alarm goes off! at that point the only way to get in is to use the actual key into the door, the remote wont unlock the doors!
Any Ideas? Ive searched and found nothing...

How do you have everything wired. Is it D2D or W2W? If D2D, then you may want to try changing everything out to W2W and connecting the factory arm/disarm outputs to the lock/unlock inputs of the DB-ALL
