IM NEW to the entire car alarm installation stuff.i have every thing down to a science besides door triggers. my door trigger has 1 wire coming out from it. How do i wire it to my alarm .

So the door trigger is a grounding connection...
And probably closed when the door is open.
What more do you need?

Alarm make and door trigger wire for the alarm?
And does the OP mean door OPEN trigger or door lock/unlock RELAY trigger?

its a mazda 626 1991 model the door sensor has 1 wire coming out form the back how do i hook it up to the ala
rm.

When you say sensor, do you mean push switch?
Take it to the wire on your alarm that says door trigger NEG.

Not sure if that is closer to the 92 626 or the 90 626 but here is the DEI all door trigger information for both. Use this wire instead of the actual door pin wire so you can get all doors off the one trigger (instead of having to use diodes to separate each door trigger)
1992:
Door Trigger      RED / white      -      under dash fusebox
Trunk/Hatch Pin      red      -      low in drivers kick     
Hood Pin      BROWN / white      -      underdash fusebox
1990:
Door Trigger      RED / WHITE/ silver      -      driver kick panel
