I installed a Drone in my truck a couple years ago with a CM5000. Used it for a year and then didn't renew the subscription for probably a year or so. I just renewed it today and I'm getting no connection from the Drone when I send a command. I get the same issue whether I try it on my mobile app or on the website. I've left it unplugged for a while a couple times to see if it would reset, but nothing. The green cell light is on solid. I don't have the premium plan so the GPS light is not lit.
This is in a 96 K2500 and the DR-1000 is run data to the CM5000. This combo worked fine and I haven't touched a thing since I let the service lapse and then renewed it. The starter works fine with my regular remote. Any ideas?

The message I get from the web page when I try to send a command and it fails is this: "Vehicle did not respond in time possibly due to cell network delay."
I have AT&T coverage in my area because I had them for a cell carrier for years and haven't moved since the last time this unit was working. Unit is also just under the dash pad on the passenger side with no metal above it.
