The passlock wires are usually by themselves coming from the ignition switch close to where you insert the key. There are 3 wires - yellow, black and white. The keysense wire (required) should also be close to the passlock wires.
Test the D2D port to see if you have 12v and ground going thru the red and black wires.

the viper brain might be in esp mode.  disconnect power harness from viper.   take the WHITE/ blue activation input and stuff it in the ground pin on the viper harness.   reconnect the heavy gauge power harness and the led on the end of the viper should flash for 5 seconds which means it's now in d2d. remove WHITE/ blue from ground and insulate. reset your flcan and select mode, then program flcan
Advanced

Whether the Avital is in ESP or D2D mode, that port should have power and ground coming thru it.
Are you using the correct D2D cable? Or did you build one? Did you test all 4 wires to see if any of them have 12v? It's possible the pinouts are wrong.
You can also just go W2W since it's only 5 wires you would need to replace for the D2D cable. 12v, ground, lock, unlock and GWR (status) output.

On the Vue,
Tachometer - NOT pink or red - ac - any fuel injector
On the Avital, it's the violet/white wire on the shutdown harness (the same one with the brake wire).
