I am doing the research and homework needed to install a Python 5704 (Responder LC3) in a 1999 Jeep Cherokee XJ. I have never installed an alarm before but have a decent knowledge of electronics and am handy with a multi meter so I feel confident I can do this install myself but I do have a few questions.
I have started by finding wiring diagrams for my vehicle on this site and I have looked at other sources to make sure what I have found is accurate and will be testing all wires before connecting.
I have tried to match up the vehicle wiring to the install guide wiring chart that came with the alarm as best as I can but am hoping someone here can help confirm what I have.
Here are my findings:

Can anyone give me any feedback? How does this look, correct? incorrect? I feel like I'm hardly using anything. In the future I plan to add on some additional sensors and will use more of the wires/outputs.
I would like to use the dome light supervision but am not completely sure how this works. The Cherokee doesn't have an existing dome light timer that stays on or anything (however does have a delay timer on the headlights). If I wire up a relay and use this, will it make my dome light stay on for a programmed amount of time? Would it be possible to wire that up to also delay my headlights and backup lights?
Any other tips and advice is also appreciated. Thank you!

Also do I need to worry about wiring in any diodes to protect circuits?

The wiring layout looks good to me.   Split your H1/1, H3/2,6,9 to the Pink/Black and Red  12 volts constant

What bypass are you going to use?

The vehicle doesn't have a chip key (Chrysler grey key). I just have the normal black one, so I shouldn't need a bypass, correct?

I am not sure. Don't know much on the grey vs black keys. Maybe someone could step in.  Otherwise the wiring looks good.
