Think you'll need a DEI 529t per pair to close your windows or a 530t per pair to close/vent/open.

We are either at cross purposes here or you need to do lots and lots of research,
AFAIK No alarm currently on sale has built in window closers, secondly, what's the reference to a door popper?

the door popper reference is to the solenoid for the shaved door handles.
I was thinking I could use a second channel to roll up the windows.
would that not work. Its a 8 channel alarm.

Yes but that channel either has to activate window closers or you could use one relay for each direction but that's unsafe, over stressing the motors etc.
What ever made you think a low current aux output (>200 mAmp) would close a window motor drawing 12-15 amps?
