The 08 lists the 12v constant as yellow/lt. green (un-fused) @ fuse box behind glove box, 1 pin terminal.
However, the 07 which is the same generation truck and all other wiring is the same; but the 12v constant is listed at the ignition harness lt. GREEN/ purple (20A).
My question is why would they want you to get the 12v constant from the fuse box? Can I still use the 12v in the ignition harness for a remote start? Or will the parking lights + cause an extra load that the ignition constant wasn't meant to have?

You will be alright at the ignition switch for constant power.
