Can anyone give me ideas on installing the 508D Module, The viper manual says it cant be plugged into either of the 2 existing sensor port due to Current limitations, if they are referring to current as in power, could I not still use that port but run the positive and neg from the module to a different source. Failing that can anyone give me ideas as to how to wire it up as a zone and what wires to use please
Thanks in advance...

Ok have cut the black and red wires going to the 508D, black to earth, red to a positive, both sensors appear to be working how ever, if I try setting off the shock sensor it will show up as proximity sensor on fob screen, if I swap the plugs in the ports on the brain around and set off the proximity sensor it displays on the fob shock sensor, is there any way to made the brain of the system know what is plugged into what?
