I have a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland (limited)
It is equipped with the following:
* Factory Alarm
* Chipped Key
I have an Avital 4103 with a DB-All connected via D2D and am having an issue where it will not stay running for the set amount of time which is 24 minutes. It will run anywhere from 5-13 minutes. When it stops running prematurely it Will Not attempt to restart. It will not allow me to restart via remote start unless I start the Jeep and put it in gear, return to park and then turn it off. In doing so it will then again allow me to use the remote start.
I have checked the grounds. I have run diagnostics on the Avital and I get the following. 6 flashes =        (+) Shutdown (H3/3 BROWN)
On the DB-ALL when the remote start is running, the LED is a constant Green Flash
Flashes Green
Flashing green continuously
Ground While Running (status) on.
Ground While Running signal has been lost or was never detected by the module. Refer to the wiring diagram to make sure the connections are correct. If in D2D, make sure the remote starter is engaging the remote start sequence.
Any help and or guidance would be appreciated!

Jeeps really don't like the Smart OEM Alarm Control. I recommend putting the setting in Normal or Disabled (preferred) and not lock with the factory fob. This feature has caused me more grief than good. Might be worth a shot.
No question is stupid or not worth asking. You were once a noob, right? :)

Thanks!
Are these settings for the DB-ALL? Or the Avital?

This is a setting in the DBALL. I think feature 4 if memory serves.

Great! Thanks again. I will update when I get a chance to work on it.
