Parking lights stays on for 20 sec. as they should in programing mode.
In both cases, there are no reaction of parking light after holding LOCK button on RS.
I think my RS do not transmit signal.
My RS (red LED):

Did you check the battery of the remote. Make sure it is good. Just because the remote's LED works means nothing. Many non name brand batteries are nearly dead when sold. Take the batteries out of the remote and check with a volt meter. Do you have a second remote to try to program?

The remote may be defective. Those remote starters don't loose programming when the batteries in the remote go dead. I assume we are talking about the remote's battery correct? If the battery in the vehicle was disconnected, you may have created a logic lock with the module. Unplug the 6 pin main power to the remote starter for 10 seconds and then reconnect it to clear the logic problem. The only other thing is to check the remote for bad connections on the circuit board. There are only a few which can be resoldered.
