Use the H2 neg starter output to energise a relay thus H2 to 85, fused 20amp constant to 86 and 87, 30 to second starter.
Diode 1N4004 across 86 and 85, band to 86.

Thanks worked like a charm.
What output would you recommend to use to trigger Key sense wire to disarm/no unlock ?

You should have 2 X status (GWR) wires, dark blue and blue/white on H2 plug assuming late model Viper. If one is being used for a by-pass use the other, if only one and it's already being used diode separate, i.e. split the wire in two and a 1N4004 diode in-line for each function, diode bands towards Viper.
Don't do what I did recently on a Yaris, WHITE/ blue instead of blue/white, place key in ignition, car starts!
